Because our products are food items, we handle returns carefully for safety.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@geenis.in with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Opened or partially consumed packs aren't eligible unless they were defective.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible.
